H.L. Gross & Bro. Jewelers is committed to offering a selection of fine jewelry and diamonds worthy of the occasion you're marking. If a piece isn't received quite the way you hoped, here is how our returns and exchanges work.

• In-stock jewelry — 14 days. Any in-stock piece purchased from our store may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original condition, in its original box, and accompanied by any warranty and gemstone documentation where applicable.documentation where applicable
• New Rolex & Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches are final sale and are excluded from our return and exchange policy.
• Engagement rings and wedding bands are made to order, and cannot be refunded or exchanged — unless the piece was purchased directly from our display case with no modifications.
• Not eligible for return or exchange: sale items, fashion rings in sizes below 5 or above 7, special orders, layaways more than 60 days old, and any piece that has been modified or customized.
• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
