How it works

Four steps, and you can stop at any of them. Most sellers are done inside a week.

Step 1

Send us the details

Fill in the form below with the brand, model and reference, and add photographs of the dial, caseback, bracelet and any box and papers. The clearer the images, the closer our estimate.

Step 2

Receive a ballpark range

We call or email you with a range based on what you have sent. A firm offer always requires seeing the watch in person.

Step 3

Bring it in or ship it insured

Come to the Garden City showroom, or we send you a fully insured shipping label. Either way an owner examines the watch and confirms the offer.

Step 4

Get paid, or trade up

Accept and we pay by check or bank transfer the same week. Or take the value as credit toward anything in the showroom. Decline and we return the watch, insured, at no cost.
